中文摘要:深部坚硬地层绳索取心钻进的特殊性在于钻头易打滑与增加钻头压力受限的矛盾。在分析总结本溪铁矿已施工超深孔成功经验的基础上,提出了孕镶金刚石钻头的选择与使用技术措施,提高了钻进效率,延长了钻头使用寿命,解决了深孔坚硬岩层钻头的打滑问题。

Selection of Impregnated Diamond Wire-ling Coring Bit for Drilling in Deep Hard Formation of Taigou Iron Mine and the Application
Abstract:The characteristic of wire line coring drilling in deep hard formation is that there is a contradiction of bit pressure increasing limited by bit slipping. Based on the successful experience of the extra-deep well construction of Taigou iron mine, the paper put forward the technical measures of impregnated diamond bit selection and application for improving drilling efficiency and prolong bit service life to solve bit slipping in deep hard formation drilling.
