中文摘要:600 m坑道钻机为全液压驱动。钻机在工作过程中,液压系统会产生大量的热量,这部分热量将通过钻机的散热系统散去。根据钻机的发热功率,初步选定使用风冷散热器,散热器片有效散热面积为25 m2。详细推导出液压系统的热量随时间变化的函数,根据函数的变化和极值,验证液压系统的散热能力。

Performance Analysis on Heat Radiation System of 600m Tunnel Drilling Machine
Abstract:The 600m tunnel drilling machine is driven by hydraulic. In the working process, the hydraulic system generates a lot of heat which will be radiated by radiation system. According to heat output power, fan cooled radiator was preliminarily chosen, and effective radiating area of the radiator slice was 25m2. In this paper, the function of heat change with time was derived and by the functional changes and extremum, radiator efficiency of hydraulic system was verified.
