Application of Wire-line Coring Hydro-hammer Drilling in Iron Ore Prospecting in Liberia and the Exploration
Abstract:Combined the wire-line coring and hydro-hammer technologies, the drilling speed of wire-line coring hydro-hammer technology increases 30%~150% than that of traditional wire-line coring drilling, especially in hard, brittle and slipping formations. The paper introduced the application of wire-line coring hydro-hammer technology in Liberia and discussed the application effects.
