Wellbore Trajectory Optimization Design Methods for Long Horizontal-section Well |

Abstract:Optimization design of wellbore trajectory is one of the most effective way for long horizontal-section horizontal well to reduce the friction and torque. Using advanced computer software, the key parameters of wellbore trajectory can be optimized, which can decrease the construction difficulty. Based on a project case in North China oilfield, the design method of long horizontal-section wellbore trajectory is introduced. |
