中文摘要:TLSJD-1钻孔是位于长江中下游地区的科学钻探预导孔。根据该孔的地质概况和施工要求,正确合理地组织施工,采取了科学有效的施工技术。针对钻孔地层自然造斜严重的问题,在施工中多次使用螺杆马达造斜,且使用自行研制的五单元钻具稳斜,有效地控制了钻孔轨迹。为解决深孔大孔段泥页岩裸孔钻进孔壁不稳定的问题,在施工用水矿化度较高的情况下,总结了一套钻井液技术,保障了钻探工作顺利进行。

Drilling Technology of TLSJD-1 in Tongling Scientific Drilling
Abstract:TLSJD-1 is located in middle-lower Yangtze area. According to the general geology and construction requirements, proper construction organization and scientific and effective construction techniques were adopted. Deflection by screw motor was used for times in the construction to deal with the serious natural whipstocking. With self-developed 5-element drill tool to stabilize hole deviation, drilling trajectory was effectively controlled. In order to solve the instability of hole wall for open drilling of large section of mud shale in deep hole, under the condition of construction water with high salinity, a set of drilling fluid technology was summarized to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.
