中文摘要:针对地质岩心钻探用液动潜孔锤、孔底动力钻具等钻探新技术、新方法、新工艺和新工具对冲洗液性能的更高要求,并结合现场需求,研制了地质岩心钻探冲洗液固控系统。整个系统配置泥浆清洁器、离心机二级净化设备,满足地质岩心钻探工艺需求;系统采用模块化集成设计,具有较强的适应性,搬迁方便、安全可靠。 |

Abstract:In view of the higher requirements on flushing fluid properties by new drilling technique, new method, new technology and new tool, such as hydro-hammer and down-hole dynamic drilling tool, the solid control system of flushing fluid circulation in the geological core drilling is developed according to the construction site situation. The whole circulation system is configured with mud cleaner and the two-stage purifying equipment centrifuge and designed with integrate module with properties of strong adaptability, convenient transportation, safety and reliability. |
