| Abstract:Our Bureau has finished the task of drilling 26 wells in the participations of drought-resistant in Shandong by overcome many difficulties, which is inseparable from the scientific and effective site management. It made a systematic and theorizing summary from a global resource deployment, production technologies, construction processes, production safety and discipline system through the manager’s perspective. Designed to show that the quality of management of the project site and site managers directly determine the quality of project progress, quality, safety and effectiveness, which also represents the level of management and corporate culture of a unit. |
