中文摘要:煤矿瓦斯是影响煤矿井下安全生产的重要因素,同时作为一种新能源正越来越受到重视。为了解决煤矿井下瓦斯安全问题和新能源的开发利用,近水平定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术得到了广泛应用。近水平定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术的核心是钻孔施工过程中对钻孔轨迹进行精确控制。本文通过分析影响定向钻孔施工的因素结合现场钻孔施工,总结出了煤矿井下近水平定向钻孔施工的经验及规律,达到了对钻孔轨迹精确控制的目的。

The Study of SiHeCoal Mine Near Horizontal Directional Drilling Technology
Abstract:The coal mine gas is important factor affecting the coal mine production safety, at the same time as a new energy is increasingly important. Nearly horizontal directional drilling of CMM technology has been widely applied, in order to solve the security problems of coal mine gas and the development of new energy. The precise control of the drilling trajectory is the core of nearly horizontal directional drilling technology. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the directional drilling construction combined with drilling construction site, Summed up the experience and the law of the coal mine near horizontal directional drilling, and achieve the purpose of the precise control of the borehole trajectory.
