大直径潜孔锤跟管钻进直排井施工技术研究与应用

中文摘要:王台铺矿矿井关闭后的涌水对临近矿井安全生产造成严重影响,实施大直径直排井进行排水是降低上述影响的重要手段。根据煤层地质及涌水量,直排井一开井眼直径设计为Φ650mm,常规钻进方法钻速慢、成本高。由于目的层为巷道且穿过3号煤层采空区,常规钻进方法对目的层安全产生一定影响。为此,本文提出了一种大直径潜孔锤跟管钻进新技术,利用潜孔锤进行碎岩,利用跟套管降低环空上返面积进而降低风量要求,有效解决了大直径井眼空气钻进风量需求大、成本高的技术问题。本文阐述了该技术的工作原理、特点和设备组成,并对该技术在王台铺矿三口大直径直排井施工中的应用效果进行了分析。现场应用表明,该跟管钻进技术耗气量低、排渣效果好、密封性能优良,3口大直径直排井平均建井周期20天,平均钻效10m/h,大幅提高了大直径井眼的钻进效率,降低了钻探成本,为大直径井眼施工提供了重要借鉴。

Research and application of large-diameter DTH with casing drilling technology in drainage straight well
Abstract:The water gushing after the closure of Wangtaipu Mine has threaten the safety production of adjacent mines. The implementation of large-diameter drainage straight well is an important approach to reduce the above impact. According to the coal seam geology and water inflow, the diameter of the drainage straight well is designed to be Φ650 mm. The conventional drilling method has slow drilling speed and high cost. Because the target stratum is roadway and passes through the goaf of No. 3 coal seam, the conventional drilling method has certain influence on the safety of the target stratum. To this end, this paper proposes a new technology of large-diameter DTH hammer with casing drilling. The rock is broken by the DTH hammer, and the return area of the annulus is reduced by the casing to reduce the air volume which effectively solves the technical problems of large air volume demand and high cost in large-diameter borehole air drilling. This paper expounds the working principle, characteristics and equipment composition of this technology, and analyzes the application effect of this technology in the construction of three large diameter drainage straight wells in Wangtaipu Mine. The field application shows that this technology has low air consumption, Superior slag discharge effect and excellent sealing performance. The average well construction period of 3 large diameter drainage straight wells is 20 days, and the average drilling efficiency is 10 m / h. It greatly improves the drilling efficiency of large diameter borehole, reduces the drilling cost and provides an important reference for large diameter borehole construction.
