| 中文摘要:为研究引大济岷工程隧洞岩体特征、岩溶发育特征、地应力特征和地下水特征等，在泸定取水中线方案的引水线路中布置水平钻孔8个，共计2300 m。由于对水平孔综合测试的需求，国内外相关仪器不具备水平孔综合测试的要求，因此需要研制一套适用于水平钻孔的存储式综合测井装备。本文介绍的水平孔多参数综合测试仪器的研发与应用，分析了综合测试仪各测量参数的基本工作原理、测量仪与计算机的通讯，详细阐述了各功能单元的电路构成选型，主要采用DSP 微处理器、MCS51系列单片机（利用现有钻孔测斜部分的三维磁阻计和三维加速度计的数值化处理）和大规模集成电路，结合传感器技术将所要测量的参数，它包括：水平钻孔、压力、温度、自然伽马、孔内电视图像（带钻孔测斜以确定孔内电视探头的方位角、倾角和工具面向角。利用三维钻孔图量测围岩任意全方位倾角的钻孔结构产状角度；同时实现数字视频、拼图成像、桩身垂直度测量。），实现多种参数的综合测量。综合测量仪集合了模拟传感器、模拟调理电路、数据采集、数据处理、信息存储、数据通讯、信息交换、测控软硬件、电脑显示等功能，是水平孔综合测试不可缺少的技术。为此工艺所研制了一套适用于水平钻孔的存储式综合测井装备，一趟起下钻解决了水平钻孔井斜、方位角、压力、温度、自然伽马、孔内电视测试的难题，尽最大可能保证了钻孔的安全及降低了劳动强度，并在引大济岷工程的水平定向孔开展了成功的应用。 |
