长沙盆地红层岩石地层可钻性研究及应用

中文摘要:中深层地热能是一种储量丰富、分布较广、稳定可靠可再生能源,具有绿色低碳、清洁环保、安全优质、供能持续稳定等特点,在碳达峰碳中和实施路径中发挥着重要的作用。结合长沙盆地一个工程案例,采用岩石压入硬度计、电动应力式直剪仪和偏光显微镜分别对岩石样品的压入硬度、单轴抗压强度和岩性特性进行测试,从岩石的胶结物质、矿物颗粒、层理发育程度等方面对岩层可钻性的影响进行了分析研究,构建了该套地层的岩性可钻性等级,并对钻头的优选提出了建议,对本地区和类似地区的钻探工程具有一定的借鉴意义。

Research and application of red stratum rock strata drillability in Changsha Basin
Abstract:Medium and deep geothermal energy is a kind of renewable energy with abundant reserves, wide distribution, stability and reliability. It is characterized by green, low-carbon, clean and environmental protection, safe and high quality, sustainable and stable energy supply, and plays an important role in the implementation path of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Combined with an changsha basin engineering case, this paper uses the rock press-in durometer, electric-stress direct shear instrument and polarizing microscope to test the hardness, uniaxial compressive strength and lithology of rock samples, The influence of rock cementing material, mineral particles and bedding development degree on the drillability of the strata is analyzed and studied. It establishes the drillability grade of lithology of this set of strata, and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of drill bit, which has certain reference significance for drilling engineering in this area and similar areas.
