中文摘要:西藏甲玛3000m科学深钻JMKZ-1孔是青藏高原固体矿产调查领域首个3000m科学钻探项目,项目于2019年7月开钻,2020年10月终孔,历时488天,终孔孔深3003.33m,终孔口径98mm,岩心采取率99.38%,在5200m海拔创造了青藏高原小口径固矿勘查领域孔深纪录。通过对其钻进时间、钻探效率、回次进尺长度等指标进行详细的技术指标统计,分析了影响高原特深地质钻孔钻进效率的主要因素包括环境、地层、钻进工艺、设备、管理措施等。总结了提高特深孔钻探效率的措施,包括钻孔设计、钻探设备配置、钻进工艺方法选择、孔内事故预防、新技术新方法应用、施工组织管理等。项目经验通过推广应用,取得了良好的效果,可以为提高特深孔钻探施工效率提供技术参考。

Statistics and analysis of economic and technical norms for 3000m scientific drilling in Jiama,Tibet
Abstract:No.JMKZ-1 scientific drilling in Jiama is the first 3000m scientific drilling project for the solid mineral survey in Tibet Plateau.The project was started in June 2019 and finished in October 2020. It lasted 488 days with a final hole depth of 3003.33m and a core recovery rate of 99.38%.At an altitude of 5200m, it has set a record in the field of small-bore solid mineral exploration on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and has also achieved good economic and social benefits.This paper mainly does the detailed statistics of the drilling time, drilling efficiency, round footage and other technicalindexes, analyzes the impact of the main factors of the plateau ultra-deep geological drilling efficiency and the adoption of technical measures,such as formation factor, drilling factor, equipment factor, human factor and so on。At the same time,the measures to improve the efficiency of deep drilling are summarized,Such as drilling design, drilling equipment configuration, drilling process method selection, hole accident prevention, new technology and new method application, construction organization,etc.The project experience has obtained good results through popularization and application, which can provide some technical reference for improving the construction efficiency of ultra-deep hole drilling in the future.
