中文摘要:反循环钻探管路中空气的运动参数包括流量、流速、压力、差压,相互间存在一定的函数关系,这些参数对携带固相有很大影响。测试运动参数并找出规律性,探讨介质携带固相的运动机理,对反循环钻探施工有一定的指导意义。介绍了测试内容及目的,并对测试结果进行了分析。

Test and Research on Flow Parameters in the Air Reverse Circulation Drilling Pipe Lines

Abstract:There are the functional relations among the flow parameters of air in the air reverse circulation drilling piplie, including volume of flow, velocity of flow, pressure and pressure difference which have a great effect on carrying solid phase. It is of significance of quidance to test movement parameters, find their regularity and study movement mechanism of air carrying solid phase during the reverse circulation drilling. The test items and purpose are introduced and the test results are analyzed in this paper.
