中文摘要:对钻杆接头材料30CrMnSiA钢的样品进行氮离子注入表面改性试验,结果表明,在不同载荷的情况下,选用氮的注入量为50×1017 N+/cm2是比较合适的,氮离子注入后样品的表面努氏硬度提高1倍多。 |

Effect of Surface Hardness with Nitrogen Ion Doping for Drill Rod Joint Material |

Abstract:The surface property modification experiment was carried out with nitrogen ion doping in 30CrMnSiA steel materials. The experimental results show that the proper doping dose is 50×1017 N+/cm2 in various load. The Knoop surface hardness of 30CrMnSiA steel is more than one time higher than treating before. |
