| Abstract:To meet the requirement of constructing rock embedded piles, inserted roller cutters and roller cutter bits〖CM）〗 were developed. The selection of tungsten carbide teeth and their arrangement on rollers, tooth inserting and sealing techniques, design of bit structure and determination of drilling parameters are introduced. The bits were proven good through trial. |
