中文摘要:在PDC钻头切削齿磨损机理研究基础上,进行了现场试验。结果表明,PDC切削齿复合层厚度对金刚石钻头的寿命及机械钻速有较大影响,因而切削齿复合层厚度的选择在金刚石钻头优化设计中是非常重要的。

Field Experimental Research on the Influence of the PDC Composite Layer Thickness on the Properties of the Diamond Bit
Abstract:Basing on the abrasion principles of cutting teeth of the PDC bit a series of field experiments were made. The results show that the PDC composite layer thickness has great influence on the service life and drilling rate of a diamond bit. For a specified formation a optimism composite layer thickness may be found. And the composite layer thickness of the cutting teeth is a key factor for the optimism design of the diamond bit.
