中文摘要:根据深孔钻进对金刚石钻头性能提出的新要求,从结构改进、金刚石选择与匹配、原材料优选、配方创新、制造工艺优化及针对地层优化性能参数等几个方面入手,研制了新型高胎体低温烧结钻头,通过野外现场试验验证,取得了较好的效果。

Development of Diamond Bit for Deep Hole Drilling
Abstract:According to the new requirements to the performance of diamond bit for deep hole drilling, starting from the improvement of structure, selection and matching of diamond, optimization of raw materials, formula innovation, optimization of manufacturing process and optimal performance parameters in view of stratum, a new bit with high matrix by low-temperature sintering was developed. Good effects are achieved in the field test.
