中文摘要:由于旋挖钻机结构的特殊性,不便用于小直径钻孔灌注桩。设计了一套解决问题的新技术——小直径灌注桩旋挖成孔工法。此项新技术包含了自行设计的XFK600防扩钻头、特别的工艺参数、双护筒保浆技术等。试验研究成功后,已广泛应用于多个重大工程项目。介绍了该技术的创新内容、关键技术及其试验应用效果。

Rotary Holing Technology for Small Diameter Bored Pile
Abstract:Because of the special structure, the rotary drilling rig is not suitable for small diameter bored piles. Aiming at this problem, a new technology of rotary holing for small diameter bored pile has been developed, which contains the self-designed XFK600 non-dilated bit, special technological parameters and mud protecting by tube with steel liner. This technology has been widely used in many large projects after successful experimental study. The paper introduces the technical innovation, key technologies and application effects.
