中文摘要:为解决普通立轴式岩心钻机和全液压钻机在坑道内钻探施工存在的问题以及满足用户的需求,研制了KDZ-300型多功能坑道钻机。该钻机利用机械传动立轴钻机回转器可以旋转360°,并结合机械传动动力消耗低、便于维修等优点,采用现有GXY-2型机械传动立轴钻机的主要零部件,增加上、下液压卡盘和上、下支撑固定等机构,在坑道内可实现向下、水平和仰孔施工,大大降低了制造、使用和维修成本。厂内调试和初步生产试验证明,钻机性能完全实现了设计的目的。

Development and Performance Analysis on Multi-purpose Mechanically-driven Underground Drill
Abstract:The paper describes a new type of multi-purpose underground drill. It combines rotator of spindle rig with 360 turning, and for the advantages of lower energy-consuming mechanical driving and convenient maintenance, the main parts of current GXY-2 series rigs are adopted with lower and upper hydraulic chucks and positioning outfit adding to realize all-direction holes construction, the cost of manufacture, application and maintenance are greatly reduced. It is proved by in-plant debugging and preliminary production test that the performance of the drill is fully realized.
