中文摘要:河南省内乡县板厂一带铜多金属矿区,地层构造复杂,蚀变强烈,裂隙发育,冲洗液漏失严重,深部钻探难度大。施工过程中,通过优选设备机具,优化孔身结构,摸索合理的钻具和套管级配,优选钻进技术规程参数,采用植物胶体系细分散低固相冲洗液,多种措施联合堵漏,顺利完成了钻探任务。为矿区下一步钻探施工提供了技术保障,为深孔复杂地层钻探提供了可行的经验。

Drilling Technology of Well ZK1724 in Banchang Copper Polymetallic Mining Area in Neixiang County of Henan Province
Abstract:Deep drilling is difficult in Banchang copper polymetallic mining area because of complex stratigraphic structure, strong alteration, fissure development and serious loss of circulation. Series of measures were taken to ensure smooth drilling in the construction process, including optimizing equipments, well structure design and drilling technical parameters, exploring reasonable drilling tools and casing gradation and using plant gum system find-dispersed low solid flushing fluid, which provide the technical support for the subsequent drilling operation and can be feasible experience for deep complex formations drilling.
