    SHB501CH井是西北油田分公司部署在塔里木盆地顺北油气田的一口侧钻井,开窗侧钻后,定向钻进至井深7706.65 m发生漏失,共发生十余次,漏速从渗漏至失返性漏失不等,采取降低钻井液密度、桥堵和快失水方法堵漏效果不明显。根据本井漏失特点,提出一种一袋式化学固结堵漏技术。一袋式化学固结堵漏材料在漏失通道内部形成聚集压实堵塞,对漏失通道适应性好,可以形成致密封堵,提高承压能力,保证了一种堵漏材料可以封堵各种大小、不同类型的漏层,从而确保堵漏一次成功率。在SHB501CH井进行了现场应用,堵漏成功。一袋式化学固结堵漏剂沿用传统堵漏的施工工艺,操作简便,适用性广,性能稳定,有效期长,尤其适合低压破碎地层的堵漏施工,具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Well SHB501CH is a sidetracking well deployed by Northwest Oilfield Company in the northern margin of Shuntuogole Low Rise in Tarim Basin. After sidetracking, more than 10 times of leakage occurred at the depth of 7706.65m with the leakage rate ranging from seepage to loss of return. Plugging with the methods of reducing drilling fluid density, bridge plugging and fast water loss had no obvious effects. Therefore, according to the leakage characteristics of the well, the one-sack chemical-solidifying plugging technology was proposed. The one-sack chemical-solidifying plugging material can form a concentrated compaction plug in the leakage channel, and it has good adaptability to the leakage channel, and can form dense plugging to improve the pressure bearing capacity; thus ensuring that one plugging material can plug various sizes and different types of leakage layers, so as to ensure the success rate of plugging. It was successfully used for plugging in Well SHB501CH. The one-sack chemical-solidifying agent follows the typical plugging process with operation, and is featured of wide adaption, stable performance, and long shelf life. It is ideal for plugging of low pressure broken formation, and will find broad applications
