    摘要:

    找矿深度不断加大是矿产勘查的显著特征,贵州省松桃县高地锰矿最深钻孔2001.68 m,最浅1486 m。施工主要难点为孔内事故预防、孔斜控制等。从钻孔设计、设备配置、钻进工艺、钻进参数及泥浆配置等方面着手,为项目的推进提供保障措施,总结出了贵州省高地锰矿深孔钻的偏斜规律、防斜措施及最有效的施工方案,为今后贵州省锰矿深孔钻探施工提出技术意见。

    Abstract:

    The continuous increase in prospecting depth is a significant feature of mineral exploration. The deepest borehole of Gaodi Manganese Mine in Songtao County, Guizhou Province is 2001.68m and the shallowest is 1486m. The main difficulty of the construction is the prevention of accidents in the hole and the control of the hole inclination. Starting from the drillinig hole design, equipment configuration, drilling technology, drilling parameters and mud configuration, etc., this paper provide safeguard measures for the advancement of the project. The deflection law, anti-deflection measures and the most effective construction plan of the deep hole drilling of the Gaodi Manganese Mine in Guizhou Province are summerized, and technical opinions are put forward for the future construction of the deep hole drilling of the Manganese Mine in Guizhou Province.
