Abstract:
The surface property modification experiment was carried out with nitrogen ion doping in 30CrMnSiA steel materials. The experimental results show that the proper doping dose is 50×1017 N+/cm2 in various load. The Knoop surface hardness of 30CrMnSiA steel is more than one time higher than treating before.
