Abstract:Automatic pulp-making system is a set of equipment that integrates multiple functions such as material transportation, precise measurement, material feeding, mixing, performance monitoring and automatic control. It has the functions of reducing labor intensity, shortening the preparation time and improving work efficiency. In addition, it can also reduce human operation errors, lower the risk of mistakes, and contributes to improving the stability and safety during the drilling process. The relationship between the dosage of treatment agents and the performance of drilling fluid is the basis for the control and operation of the automatic pulp-making system. In this study, centering on the drilling fluid formulation, performance maintenance, and self - adaptive adjustment of drilling fluid properties, laboratory simulation experiments with varying dosages of treatment agents were conducted. A set of dynamic regulation and control models for drilling fluid properties was established. Ultimately, the automated operation of the above-mentioned functions was successfully achieved on the self-developed online automatic preparation system for drilling fluid. The findings of this study hold great practical significance in facilitating the automation development of the automatic pulp- making system.
